Check out the absolutely stunning cloisonné enamel work in Julie Glassman's pendants, pins and earrings. Cloisonné is a labor intensive technique in which layers of glass are fired on a metal surface. The enamel is then sanded down and polished. After this process she creates a beautiful piece of jewelry around the cloisonné designs using sterling silver, 22 karat gold, and semi-precious stones.
